How can someone tell if their loft is suitable for conversion?
How high is the loft floor to the ridge of the roof. If lower than 1900mm it may be problem.
Can you get a staircase from floor below up via your existing hallway. If not you may lose room space below.
Run us through the different stages in the loft conversion process - what’s involved?
You require planning or a permitted development certificate.
Engineer drawings required.
Work can commence from a scaffold on the exterior until the staircase needs fitting internally.
1st and 2nd fix electric and plumbing followed by plastering.
Work should take 12 weeks.

We have been in business since 2007 but have over 30 years experience in the industry.
What guarantee does your work come with?
We give a standard 1 year guarantee but can offer a 10year warranty backed by the FMB.

Producing projects that the clients only imagine. Seeing the clients reaction on completion of the project ,which was hassle free for them.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Trained as an architect but because my family ran building companies I naturally transferred to combine my ability to produce design and build projects.
