ETW Personal Training is really great. I was skinny too unmotivated and shy to go to the gym. Ellis help me achieved my goal of putting on weight, one which I have struggled with for years. With their help I have gained 13kg+ and my strength has more than doubled. He really helped me by giving me the tools to grow, such as diet and training regimes.

I definitely recommend Ellis to anyone looking for great quality personal training

When I look at a PT I always want someone who can walk the walk rather than just talk the talk. Ellis is exactly this. If you’ve seen his abs you will understand! Enjoy a Friendly, Tailored & Personal 1 on 1 Training Session.

My training sessions will last between 45 minutes to the 1 hour mark, depending on what we are focusing on and what your goals are. The sessions will include a warm up, dynamic stretching, core work, weight training, cardio and any other method of training to help you hit your own personal fitness goals. I carry all my own equipment so if you are not a keen on the idea of working out in the gym - you can enjoy a session in the comfort of your own home or local outdoor space.
