Eternal Petals sells luxurious and elegant arrangements of real flowers that look, feel and smell fresh for a year with no water or maintenance needed.
Inspired by a love and fascination of fresh flowers, Eternal Petals was founded by interior designer and entrepreneur Airina Advani in 2017, who wanted to find a way in which to keep real flowers – roses in particular – fresher for longer.

Disgraceful!!! I ordered a single rose as a Mothers Day tribute to my late Mother-in-law who passed away on 11th February.
I ordered on 5th March with an agreed delivery date of 12th March. It is now 15th and this is yet to arrive.
I have sent several emails, no response. Tried to call, no answer.
At a charge of almost £80, this company are attempting to provide a premium service at a premium price. Absolutely NOT on their game. Their failure to deliver has caused a great deal of upset in my family. I would encourage anyone to source an alternative supplier.... Not only failed but customer service deplorable!!

Today, the world is in a crisis. Healthcare systems are exhausted. Workers are unemployed. And millions of people are struggling.
Along with the many, I also lost my job in March, 2020.
Despite my current situation, I wanted to do something .. no matter how small .. for my loved one's birthday. I guess I was just stupid and unrealistic. I thought that being locked up at home, unable to go out, she deserved something nice to distract her and bring a little happiness into her special day. Eternal Petals didn't agree with me.
I purchased expensive flowers from Eternal Petals. I chose a delivery date well in advance and I confirmed with them again via email.
The special day arrived. We woke up happy. Excited. We waited. And waited. And waited.
But, the flowers never came.
Already struggling with my finances, it was devastating to lose the money. My partner was extremely disappointed. She understood my situation. But, still ... Everyone hopes to receive something on their special day.
I tried ... I really did.
The flowers never arrived. I requested the company for my money back. I thought they would be decent.
Unfortunately .. They didn't care. They refused to refund the money. And repeatedly blamed the courier company.
4 days have gone by. No flowers. I've lost my money. It is depressing to see, at a time like this, companies like Eternal Petals exist. I'm heart broken. So is my loved one.
Don't put yourself through what we had to. Save your money. Place your trust elsewhere.

Highly recommended if you want to DESTROY your special occasions and create disappointment for your loved ones.
A delivery date was confirmed with them multiple times.
However, one day *after* the delivery date, the item has still not been delivered.
The customer service refuses to refund the money and keeps citing their returns policy. Which is funny, because I haven't received the item and there is nothing to return.
Save your money, your time, and mainly your sanity and STAY AWAY.

What do you love most about your job?
I wanted to create beauty and beautify all interiors. There aren't many florists that focus on elegance, luxury and glamour in their designs. Those that do such arrangements, charge exorbitant amounts of money for flowers that only last a short period of time. I wanted to give people the ability to leverage their own style and create a statement for their homes, or as a gift, and simultaneously have these beautiful flowers last for a year or more.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was inspired by a love and fascination of flowers and identified a technique that allows high quality flowers the ability to blossom all year round, with very little care needed - no water and always like new.

Eternal Petals has a unique style, focusing on luxuirous designs of long-lasting floral arrangements, that can be given as gifts or bought for your home, with no maintainence needed.
