Be very careful before hiring Eternal Imaging for your wedding. We were told we would have our photos within a few weeks but it took months of chasing up and no response to emails or phone calls. We have also never received our USB pack despite this being promised and now further emails and phone calls go unanswered seven months after our wedding. Hamish from Eternal Imaging was great! He <br />was accommodating to our needs and <br />wishes, and offered us a very reasonable <br />price to shoot our wedding ceremony. On <br />this own accord, he came to our ceremony <br />rehearsal to prepare and scope out places to <br />stand and shoot, and spent a lot of time with <br />us talking about the types of shots we <br />wanted.<br /><br />On the day he blended in well with the<span id="moreReview36702" class="hide"> <br />guests and took a lot of great candid shots, <br />as well as the more traditional ceremonial <br />shots and poses. Working in difficult <br />conditions, with the sun going down and light <br />rain, he was calm, patient and efficient.<br /><br />The pictures were ready about two weeks <br />after. Hamish kindly met me in central <br />London and handed over the pictures <br />personally, as we were leaving the country <br />the next day and wanted to take the pictures <br />with us. I can't imagine many others offering <br />to do the same!<br /><br />The pictures themselves were everything we <br />wanted. Hamish is a properly trained, <br />professional photographer, and it shows. <br /><br />The pictures are delivered on a DVD with <br />colour and black-and-white versions of each <br />picture. Eternal Imaging can sell you prints <br />and albums, but you always get the full <br />resolution files to keep as well. Don't <br />underestimate the importance of this: They <br />are your pictures, and you can do whatever <br />you want with them: print them yourself, put <br />them online, give them to anyone you want. <br />Many studios jealously guard the negatives <br />or original files, forcing you to come back to <br />them and pay each time you want prints, <br />and leaving you stuck if they should lose the <br />files or go out of business.<br /><br />With Eternal Imaging, we felt complete <br />comfortable and in control.
