It was a Great session, She asks you questions about your family and your up bringing. During the theta wave session I felt calm and at peace. Although I felt that I didn't connect at all with my higher self, I felt a sense of healing afterwards. It felt that it was rather myself replying at my own questions and not my higher self. I have had an excellent Past Life Regression session, recently, with Estela.There is ample time to slowly relax and go deep into the unconscious. The experience proved to be quite revealing for me, touching upon 2 significant past lives, and giving me insight into circumstances and events in this current incarnation.The more that I listen to the recording and reflect upon my stories, the more insights and correspondances I find, relating to issues in this life.
