Estate Planning & Probate Attorney Rachel Drude-Tomori

It is important for prospective clients to know what Rachel and her client Brooks N Gentry (trustee for my Grandmother's estate) have done regarding my Father. Rachel has stated and written letters stating that my Father suffers from a "serious mental condition" for which has been in and out of "various skilled nursing facilities" and no longer taking his "prescribed medication to treat this serious mental condition". THESE ARE LIES. In the same letter Rachel goes on to claim that guardianship may be the appropriate next step. BASED ON LIES! I have been threatened with court action and law enforcement (by her previous firm at Battaglia, Ross, Dicus & McQuaid) for posting these facts on Facebook. I am unafraid. I can prove these statements were made by Rachel both in writing and several times verbally. I can prove many things and would jump at the chance to prove them in court. I am standing up for my Father's rights and protecting him from fraudulent guardianship. No attorney should be allowed to hold a position when they spread absolute lies to hurt an elderly man. I will not stand by and allow it to go unchecked either. Moreover, weapons registered to my Father, not belonging to my Grandmother's estate have been sold despite the fact that they knew those weapons belonged to my Father. The response? Prove it they said. So, I am in the process of doing just that. It is appalling to me that these were sold without care, stolen to be factual since they belong to my Father not the estate. Then my Father is told too bad they're gone. This is not only highly unprofessional but the practice we have seen from Rachel and her client (also an elder attorney) has been unethical and damaging to my Father.
