PAT Testing Essex offer a professional service around your business needs. We will arrange to visit at a time and date convenient to you. We understand that you do not always want disruption during the day so we have engineers available for out of hours and weekend if needed.
Engineers are Appliance Testing Competent Qualified. Fully insured and CRB checked.

What we provide

When we visit on site we will liaise with the assigned contact on arrival undertaking and Health and Safety training that is needed.
We will then survey the site to ensure that we have all areas covered and then with the contact organise the best way to work with you.

The testing for each appliance consists of the following:-
We will start with a visual inspection checking for:

Checking for damage to flexes
Checking for damage to plugs and equipment
Checking for signs of over-heating
Making sure plugs wired correctly

Testing using an up to date and calibrated tester
Earth Continuity Test
Insulation Resistance
Polarity Test
Earth Leakage Test


Each item is labelled with a PASS where appropriate showing the item number and date.
If a FAIL is registered then we will carry out minor repairs , replacement fuses and plug tops FREE of charge.

A Certificate of Compliance and Asset list is emailed within 24 hours of the testing for your records along with any recommendations.

We have a flat rate, clear, no nonsense pricing structure.

01 - 40 items £59.00
41 - 75 items £89.00
75 - 100 items £109.00

If you exceed 100 items we then charge £0.80 per item
