I called Rob having seen how highly rated his business is and I can understand why. I was badly let down by another company and needed to find someone who could barrow and lay the concrete for me, as I have a time constraint as with a summerhouse arriving shortly. Despite this not being something he would normally do he found some equally brilliant guys (Dave and Matt) from his contacts and within 48hrs of me calling him the work was completed this morning to a high standard. Within 45mins 2.5 cubic metres of concrete where in place after 2hrs this was also tamped and even covered. I cannot praise highly enough his professionalism and service. More...

With over 20 years service within the concrete industry, Our aim is to supply our customers with quality materials, competitive prices and an excellent service.
As a small fledging company we are concentrating on offering prices which are very reasonable and compare favourably to those being offered by our larger competitors.
Why should our clients choose you?
We can supply over 40 different mixes of concrete & screed — from the smallest of jobs, to the largest. Minimum delivery is only 1 mtr, and you only pay for what you use, without leaving a mess!
Essex Concrete & Screed Ltd, is a very professional company and unlike other companies we will not rush you on your jobs as we understand that the best jobs take time! We can supply same day if required, and if we are unfortunately caught in traffic, we always keep you updated on our arrival time so you will not have to wait around for us, saving you both time and money.
We always carry a couple of wheelbarrows for those jobs that are not always kerbside, and we can also arrange a boom or a landline pump for those difficult jobs that are hard to reach.
We accept cash or card payments on-site or over the phone. Or if you prefer, we can set-up an account for you.
We deliver to all of Essex and the surrounding counties, including London.
