Steve from Essa taxies took my husband and I to Bristol Airport for an early flight. He was brilliant, not only did we have a reassurance text the night before assuring us he would be arriving at 5am but he turned up with 2 coffees and croissants which I jokingly ordered! We had a comfortable ride and arrived in plenty time for check-in. The car was so comfortable and clean. By using Steve it took all stress of parking and driving in middle of night. Flight home was lovely, he was at pick up waiting for us to arrive and we were able to sleep all the way home. Now that's what we call service! More...

I can't recommend Steve enough. He has gone out of his way on a number of occasions, squeezing me in between jobs to get me back to my hotel on Easter Sunday and picking me up very early on Easter Monday to get me to work by 7am. Steve is always the first taxi company we call, really reliable and affordable. Recently I was waiting in St Budeaux for a bus to Derriford to visit my dad. My wife and I had the good fortune of getting to use Essa and Steve a number of times throughout our stay in the area during the Port Eliot festival this past weekend. Steve was beyond punctual, always available via phone for anything we needed and even went out of his way to make a second stop on the way to our train to head back to London. Steve’s car was immaculate and comfortable, as well as spacious. He gave us a ton of tips and info on the area, along with some much needed help and advice for how to navigate our travel needs throughout the Port Eliot weekend. Had the good fortune to be referred to Steve at Essa Taxis for a run to Exeter airport and back at very unsociable hours.Steve was excellent all round , punctual, courteous but more than that really company on the journeys .He is happy to be contacted by text and we did this just to keep in touch as our flights were six weeks apart, but Steve was there waiting for us on our return - no problem.
