What makes a great website?
With most users browsing from their phones, a full responsive website is key. Combine this with great photos and videos of the business (not stock images), a truly great looking website can be made. We believe every website should be linked to a social media account, from Facebook to Instagram, and combine it with other key services in the market like Google Business, Mailchimp and a few others.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
We have a full checklist to allow us to capture all the required details within a 30-60min call before proceeding with any work.
As part of this, we like to understand the person, the brand, the company and the way the company works to ensure a web project looks & feels like the client.
What do you love most about your job?
We LOVE clients with new ideas and problems that challenge us and think about the ways we work. Each business is different and we can never apply the same to everything which is why variety keeps us on our toes.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Seeing small businesses do repetitive things over and over or doing things badly inspired me to start the business. Showing businesses where they can spend just a small amount of time or money on technology can really save them money and make everyones lives better. We found there wasn't one person who could help small businesses and be quite informal to help them get what they need within a reasonable budget.
Why should our clients choose you?
We don't speak technical and try to help you in every way we can. It might be something you didn't know or help your business run more efficiently. We don't push sales or do hard sales, we more the people who are in the background that are there when you need us. If you do need us, you can get us multiple ways from phone, email or Facebook us or even Whatsapp us (this is the most popular nowadays).
We know your budget is the key to technology and will find ways to keep the budget lower for startups and add in bits as you grow to make your business use technology to its maximum.
