£10ph & £16 for 2 dogs
Small pet boarding available to include rabbits, guinea pigs and ferrets. We look after your animals in their own cage in our home.
Prices are £5 per cage regardless of how many reside ( you bring your cage).

I have been booking myself in for Sports Massages by Cath as I've had back ache for quite some time now working in an office where you are seated throughout most of the day. After our first meeting and a consultation on what I wanted seen too, Cath was very knowledge and worked on the area that was causing the pain. Since I first attended, I have been back on a regular basis to ensure my back stays without the dreaded knots that gets built up over time, she even discovers knots in different parts of your back that I never knew about which is always a treat! Fantastic knowledge of what I wanted and needed when I told and showed Kath the areas on my stomach I wanted lipo on. A consultation was carried out before anything. I was well looked after by Kath , She had great knowledge at understanding what was needed for me. Always a warm happy welcome , i would recommend this establishment to any one who needs fitness as they are so full of knowledge when it comes to body and mind. Great work outs, friendly environment and convenience all in one place as The Loft offers sports massage along with plenty of other services. I take part in most of the classes and really enjoy them. The classes are not always the same as the instructor will switch things up to keep them interesting. I have regular sports massages and I feel that they really help with stiffness in the body helping to feel more relaxed and less tense. More...

I recently suffered pain in my shoulder and tricep, and knew Cat from attending her classes, to be a very professional, friendly and experienced fitness instructor who also did sports massage.
So I booked a series of treatments with Cat at her Studio in Erdington.
I was made to feel very welcome and relaxed immediately, and Cat soon found the areas that were causing my pain, and this after only 1 session.
I can honestly say that after only a couple of sessions, I experienced a marked improvement, both in shoulder mobility and also lack of pain.
Due to my experience, I cannot recommend "The loft pilates and fitness studio" and Cat highly enough, and will be booking again for monthly sessions.
