This school is nothing short of amazing! They have truly created a completely immersive environment to cultivate these children to either be amazing professional artist if they choose or overall individuals. Ingrid is a great teacher of Qigong, I have really enjoyed my classes. Finding my center a is really relaxing. Twice a week keeps me balance.

I have a severe case of fibromyalgia and have been in severe constant pain for several decades. I started seeing Ingrid several years ago and over that time she has brought the pain down to a manageable level and greatly increased my neck and shoulder mobility. She is also one of the most kind hearted persons that I know. To say she has been a godsend is to put it mildly. The only regret I have is not coming to her early than I did.I have also been taking Tai Chi lessons from Ingrid and she is very proficient in the forms and in her teaching style. I have been a tai chi / qi gong student at Equilibrium Zen Gym for 6 years. I have been taking tai chi for almost 20 years and George is the best and most dedicated instructor that I have studied under. The new location is great.

Is there a way to do 6 stars? 7? 10? This school has changed our lives. My daughter's life and my family's life. Total immersion in your kids' art is what you get, by some of the best faculty in the country. A truly pre-professional program for them to grow as artists. Academics are top notch also, if you're concerned at all about that. AP curriculum and high SAT scores are the norm. Colleges come to recruit here every year. Excellent public, residential high school where students receive intensive arts instruction in music/voice, dance, drama, visual arts, or creative writing while still being able to focus on quality academics as well. Initially setting a goal of physical strength, my training with George has added the benefit of mindful strength. He is intuitive and competent in skills of Eastern philosophy.
