I went to equilibrium as a recommendation by a friend. This was an amazing experience!I had my first massage with Brenly. This was amazing ! She targeted all the spots that were tight and was very careful on the tender muscles. I left without paying a dime because they direct billed my insurance provider! This experience was so awesome I decided to try Acupuncture as well. I found a time slot super easily on their appointment scheduler online. I went in for my second appointment with equilibrium and my very first ever acupuncture treatment. Kat was amazing and she explained what she was doing and why. She asked a lot of questions and targeted areas that were important tome. She even took away a lot of the pain in my neck from working at a desk all day.I decided that I absolutely love coming to Equilibrium! Yesterday I noticed they also have a chiropractor!!!!! So I made an appointment to see Dr. Marc! BONUS POINTS because he was available that afternoon! I left there feeling like a whole new human!I am the happiest of all customers. Had a massage session with Colleen today and my body instantly feel way better from the fatigue I got from work. I required more than medium strength and she was able to provide the right amount of pressure on the right area! Highly recommend her!

Seriously such a great experience here! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. And my RMT was super understanding of what I wanted. She listened to my requests, and even knew where I needed work without me having to say! And the fact that they do direct billing is a real bonus. I went in as a new patient here. They were really accommodating with my first appointment that i had to cancel due to sickness, they booked me for the same week after 3 days with no problem. I had a really relaxation massage for my first time. I explained my issue with my pain to my RMT and he was really patient with me, Moreover he provided an awesome service to me being the first timer to go for a massage.Also they billed my insurance directly which was another great thing and me paying only what was not covered by it outside! They were extremely accommodating, I wasn’t an existing patient but I called in pain they were able to fit me in the same day. The RMT I saw was great and helped me get relief. I was emailed the chart to fill out in advance so I could come right at my appointment time and the staff already had all my preferences and a feel of what was going on with me. All the staff were warm and friendly it was relaxing happy environment. They even submitted to my insurance company for me so I only had to pay the amount outside of my coverage!
