I have often wanted to stay here but being disabled there was not enough information on there website. Took a chance and it was ideal for me. Easy access for my mobility scooter. I had my baby shower at Episode and both the afternoon tea and the room were amazing. The various cakes were sublime!! The only slight hiccup was that we couldn’t get the music to work but it was no big deal. I sorted the event through the General Manager Anthony. Home after a 2 night stay at this lovely hotel. Staff were polite, friendly, professional in everything they did. Nothing didn’t seem to bother them. Food was amazing too. Even when we had a little issue with the room, within 5 minutes we had a new room key and had this lovely little suite room. We r definitely going back and as they are a dog friendly ( not just guide dogs ) hotel, even more of a bonus. More...

I would just like to say a huge thank you to the Episode Hotel. My husband was stranded between Leamington and Harbury on Thursday night/Friday morning due to heavy snowfall and drifting. He had already had a hellish journey home from Austria where he had been with work as his flight had been diverted from Birmingham to Manchester. After it became clear that he was unable to make it to Harbury, I called the hotel at 3am on Friday morning and they luckily had room for him to stay there and were really accommodating. Just back from my stay in the episode hotel I was there visiting my brother Peter in hospital and I have to say the manager Tom a lovely preasant man was very good to me as I came from Dublin and got my late check out breakfast was lovely as for my lunch was gorgeous my room was good plus on my arrival because I have bad knees I requested a room with not many stairs and Tom the manager put me on the ground floor so very happy with that so I enjoyed my stay

Fabulous day, so well organised from the minute we arrived. Fizz & canapés followed by a delicious hot & cold buffet which was available until it was gone, all topped off with a supper of fish & chips in a cone. Would highly recommend this event.
