Chef J'La is awesome!!!! Very great cook and knowledgeable about healthy food. She won me over when she had her first "taster" at her house a few years back. Everything was delicious!!! Especially that juicy chicken with waffles. LOL!!! That was my favorite. Chef J'La also takes the time to send you the recipe and how-to instructions on how to cook something that's posted on her page. That's what I love about her....she doesn't mind sharing her passion of cooking. If you need a chef for an event, baby shower, meal preps....She's your girl. I highly recommend her!!! More...

This past Saturday, April 2, 2016, Chef J and EPICuisines participated in VOA's Annual Spring Fling. VOA is a non-profit that believes in Healthy Lives Matters campaign. To help in the efforts of promoting healthier eating habits, VOA puts on an event called the Spring Fling. During Spring Fling VOA invite the community to come out and learn fun, delicious, and nutritious ways of incorporating more healthier recipes to their menus and give them an opportunity to adopt a plot in the community garden located on property. Once I learned more of what EPICuisine was about, I knew that they were a perfect fit for our Health Education program. Chef J'La was on time and very professional. She interacted well with the attendees and answered any questions they asked. Her recipes were, simple, quick, and very delicious. Tasters were able to take away new and creative ways of adding healthier choices to their daily meals. Other vendors and community leaders took her information so they too can have her come out and be a part of their events. We at VOA are truly grateful for Chef J'La and EPICuisines support and participation. EPICuisines is just that EPIC. Thank you again and I can't wait to our next adventure together. Chef J'La is amazing. Her job is outstanding. Her food is incredible taste. I highly recommend her no just to have and experience a good meal but specially because I love the healthy concept in that. I just started a wellness and beauty company where I help people to achieve a better and healthier lifestyle.
