My husband and I used Epic Travel to help us plan our first trip to Italy and we had a great experience with Simona from start to finish. She was very personal, honest and helpful every step of the way. She booked our flights, trains, hotels, tours and even a gondola ride and everything on our trip went smoothly and without a hitch. She gave us very helpful travel tips on what to bring and what not to bring, restaurant recommendations and even let us borrow her outlet adapter. Great agency, nice local office, and easy to work with. Simona got me a dynamite deal on a cruise for 2 that was better and cheaper than what I could find online.
She was honest and gave great advice, and let me know that certain things weren’t needed even though I would have bought them anyway.
