I don't know where to begin! My husband and I wanted to do a destination beach wedding in Clearwater (we live 2.5 hours away). I needed full service wedding planning due to my work schedule and being easily stressed by planning anything, better yet, a wedding! Dawn walked us through the whole wedding planing process starting 9 months before our wedding date. She handled EVERYTHING. Dawn, Anna and her team pulled together a truly epic wedding day for us. Everything was so wonderful. I cannot thank her enough. She was always a text/call away when I had questions and dealt with all of our vendors for us. Anna was so wonderful to my husband and I throughout the entire process of planning our wedding that was in December. When we first got engaged, we didn’t have a clue on where to start and were quite overwhelmed with the idea of planning all of the details. . She helped ease our anxiety by working very closely with us and breaking down each step and the order those steps needed to be made. Last weekend, my husband and I celebrated our wedding at the Wyndham Grand in Clearwater. Dawn and her team went WAY above and beyond. Tobias and I did not make their job easy, as we completely overhauled our color scheme, etc two weeks before the wedding. We didn't have any major details finalized until (literally) two days before the wedding. Dawn was extremely patient and kind and was on standby. Four days before the wedding, I had a complete hair nightmare. I went to an Aveda salon for highlights (I'll spare you the horrific details of my experience), but I wound up with what looked like a bald spot on my part. Dawn told me how to handle it.The day of the wedding, the "eye" from the hook and eye on my wedding dress mysteriously disappeared. Dawn came to the rescue and sewed/pinned me into my dress, and my zipper stayed in place the whole evening/night. I would recommend Dawn and her team to absolutely anyone. The details of our wedding were somewhat intricate/complicated, and because of their hard work, it went off without a hitch. We're so grateful! I wish I could give them 10 stars. Thank you so much!!! Dawn and Anna did a phenomenal job planning our wedding. They had amazing vendors to choose from all which far exceeded our expectations. The food was amazing it surpassed many five star restaurants I have ate at. It was some of the best food I have ever had hands down. My wedding day would have been a disaster without Dawn. Hiring her was one of the best decisions my fiancé and I made for our wedding day. We hired her for "day of coordination" (after realizing as a bride I just couldn't do everything myself on my wedding day) however, Dawn did so much more than just coordinate the day of. She was in contact with me the entire week of the wedding. She followed up with every vendor, put out a few (huge) "would have been" fires, and created an amazing timeline that kept everyone on track. The day of, she arrived early, made sure everyone knew where to go and what to do, and pitched in with extra tasks (such as ironing every single linen for me - who would have thought that was even necessary?!) Every single one of my vendors raved about how great she was to work with, and how she helped them the day of as well as beforehand. We attended the first annual Poker Pup Pub Crawl this past weekend hosted by Epic Events by Booth. I must say it was an outstanding and well coordinated event considering she put this all together in just a few short weeks. All of the scheduled stops welcomed the mass of people showing up at basically the same time for refreshments and I feel everyone was very pleased.
