Kim and her team were amazing with helping us plan our wedding day. They were so wonderful to work with.Having Kim help us through the planning process made it so much easier as she had great recommendations, would put forth advice based on her experience and demonstrated consistent attention to detail. She responded quickly to our messages/emails and always answered questions. She thought of every little detail to help us really get the most out of our special day.The day of the wedding went very smoothly because Kim was accessible and directive with all our guests and vendors to ensure that our wedding went according to plan. She was there anytime we needed her and took care of any issues that arose.We would highly recommend her services as we feel our wedding day wouldn't have been as smooth without her. Kim and team were outstanding! She made us feel so comfortable and we clicked right away. She was always professional and kept us on track. I don't know what we would have done without her. She remembered and took care of every little detail. She is truly a god sent and I have been recommending her to my friends. We had the pleasure of hiring envision wedding planner for our 40th. Wedding Anniversary Party.. They went above and beyond to make our day perfect. . It was a stress free day for all. 75 guest and they all rave about how everything was perfect.. from the food to the rentals and makeup I never had to worry about anything.. They had our songs taken care of and knew when the speeches were going to said.. I will highly recommend this company.. I have to add this as well. The Envision Team was fantastic! We hired them for day-of coordination and floral arrangements and were impressed with their service every step of the way. Bonnie was extremely responsive, professional and helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure that every detail was perfect so that we had time to enjoy the day. She was always available to answer any questions, gather info to keep us and vendors on track and to coordinate any last minute details. The decor and floral arrangements were beautiful and everything turned out as we had planned. We gave Kim our ideas and inspiration photos for the decor details and her team pulled it off perfectly. We hired Kimberly & her team for partial planning 9 months ahead of our wedding, once we picked our venue. She was invaluable to our experience - helping us navigate the "wedding world". For instance, numerous vendors would ask us if we had any further questions - but half the battle was knowing what to ask in the first place. In our queries and second-guessing, she was able to alleviate the stresses associated with this stage of wedding planning by giving us "the lay of the land", expectations, and strategies for time-management. The breakdown of elements was incredibly useful - especially for any couple that leads busy lives. Another quality we valued was her honesty - in regards to letting us know what would be needed (and or noticed) on the wedding day. As a result, we managed to avoid unnecessary "upgrades" and "up-selling". In fact, one of her unique attributes is the ability to connect us with vendors we would have never otherwise considered or found - for instance - the wedding cake and sourcing a seamstress for tailored garments at a reasonable price. Perhaps the most important aspect was our ability to establish trust with her - Kimberly and her team are incredibly personable and in our exchanges and meetings, we'd only have to make a request once and they would execute/ relay our queries to vendors in a timely manner. Kimberly and her team were also incredibly generous with their time - in fact, due to the timing of the arrival of our garments, we had to stagger our engagement shoots to two separate days -- AND they helped out on both without hesitation (and without additional fees). She also worked extra when things didn't go right, such as a 3rd party website for coordinating guests where she took extra time to make sure every guest was properly registered / set-up. In terms of availability, Kimberly was super responsive - even when I didn't need a response in a hurry she would always be responding (or explaining when she couldn't) over WhatsApp - it felt as if she was available 24/7. The number of things she was able to help with when we randomly thought of them after hours was incredible. Overall, we loved working with Kimberly and her team, would absolutely recommend to anyone else - take the stress out of planning the wedding, and she will save you $$, it's well worth it!! More...

After a referral from one of our groomsmen who got married last year, my husband and I hired Kimberly and her team for month-of coordination. From our very first meeting with Kim we felt confident that she could take us through our final weeks with professionalism and efficiency but at the same time make the process light and fun - and that she and her team definitely did!

In the weeks leading up to our wedding, Kim and her junior consultant Vlada were so responsive and easy to communicate with (even in the late evenings - they are truly wedding superstars, I'm not actually sure if they sleep :D ). We had two in-person meetings with them to make sure that all of the details were finalized and perfected. Even with a few things my husband and I dropped the ball on, Kim had it all organized faster than we could've alone. Naturally I am usually a person who needs to oversee everything, but on the day of our wedding I was able to let all of the planning and small details go. It was so easy to do that knowing that we were leaving that all in Envision Weddings' hands! I can honestly say that we had the best, stress-free day filled with everything that a wedding is meant be.

My husband and I both agree, without any hesitation, that hiring a wedding coordinator was our best investment for our special day. We would definitely recommend Envision Weddings to couples planning their wedding. I was a super picky bride and went through hundreds of websites, wedding wire reviews, Instagram pages etc. to find someone to do my florals and decor. If you're reading this review, let me make your vendor search a bit easier for you by telling you to look no further. Kim, Bonnie and the team were wonderful to work with. From day one they were incredibly responsive and professional. My now husband is a penny-pincher and I can tell you that Envision gave us true value for money. The florals and decor they provided looked absolutely stunning and were a fair price based on quotes I had received from other vendors. What I appreciated the most is that Kim and Bonnie were very honest with me about whether or not I needed something and how things could be done the most economically. If you're in the middle of wedding planning you know that a lot of vendors have hidden fees etc., so this was a breath of fresh air. My husband and I hired envision wedding for our decor and flowers for our wedding this past August 2017. Right from the first meeting Kim made us feel comfortable and even more excited about our wedding. She was open to all of my wedding visions and gave great suggestions on how to make it even better. We hired Kim and her assistants (Diane & Natalie) for the day of coordination and it was one of the best decisions. They are very organized, professional and easy to get along with. With the help of Kim and her team at Envision weddings, we were able to plan our multi-day, fusion wedding with ease and confidence within 8 months. They guided us in parts unknown and provided upfront information and support. They were professional, friendly and accommodating to our hectic work schedule.The team was knowledgeable in all the ceremonies, traditions and rituals for both the Christian and Sikh aspects. The whole Envision Weddings team are so awesome, we decided just one review couldn’t do them justice so we decided to do “his and hers” reviews. His: Throughout the whole wedding planning process there were a few things my wife and I constantly said to each other: “I can’t wait to be your husband/wife”, “why did we choose to get married on an island on October?” amongst others… But one of the most common ones was without a doubt “CAN YOU IMAGINE WHAT WE WOULD HAVE DONE WITHOUT KIM (ENVISION)?!” Kim, Shana and the rest of their team are, simply put, the reason why we had such an epic wedding in such a logistical nightmare that we had as a venue (Toronto Island) on a rainy windy October day. They took care of EVERYTHING, from organizing the seating chart with us to making sure people knew how to get from the Ferry to the venue. They even replaced my boutonniere a couple of times since it kept getting caught in between hugs (yes, they’re on top of THE WHOLE THING). Our wedding ran smoothly and without any awkward moments, everyone had an amazing time and I don’t remember ever feeling that happy. Hers: Hiring Envision was by far the best money we spent on our wedding. I really don’t know how we would have done it without them! At first I was a bit reluctant to hire wedding coordinators. I thought “people plan weddings without coordinators all the time, how hard can it be?” Luckily my husband convinced me that we should at least have a consultation meeting with Envision, and once we did I realized how much stress would be relieved from us if we had professionals on the job. I’m a very organized, detailed-oriented person, but there were many details that came up that I hadn’t even thought about. Kim and Shana always had an answer and knew all the right vendors and people to go to for help. To put it plainly, our wedding couldn’t have been more logistically complicated if we’d tried to make it so. Thanks to the incredible support of the Envision team, it went off without a hitch (even considering the inclement weather, which seemed to be the only thing that was out of their control).
