TL;DL - I highly recommend investing in a 3D scan of your home and hiring enviroscan3D to take care of it all.I listed and sold my home last month, and my realtor had suggested I do a 3D scan my home for the listing, in addition to photos, to have a virtual walkthrough online. This ended up being incredibly helpful and a huge time saver for both me (the seller) and potential buyers. Potential buyers could virtually walk through the entire home with an immersive feel for the space, lighting, and actually get a taste of what it's like to be in the home before committing to scheduling an appointment or carving time out of that precious open-house time window. As a seller, this is an awesome way to make a huge first impression and differentiate your home from other listings stuck in the stone ages.When it came time to do the scan, Doug at enviroscan3D is a pro. He was prompt (arrived early), courteous, quick and efficient. Doug made sure all the details were captured to make the space look impeccable. I recommend Doug wholeheartedly. 3D modeling is a huge step up from regular photography and a great tool for sellers. You'll be super pleased with Doug's work and awesome personality.
