We contacted EPC as we needed to make living conditions easier for a friend who was being discharged from hospital but would require ongoing care at home. Natalie came along and was able to quote for deep clean and removal of old bedroom furniture, settee and chairs downstairs in order for new bed to be installed downstairs. They come and did a house clearance for me which was in a pretty bad way. My aunt was a compulsive hoarder and I couldn't get in the front door.
