What do you love most about your job?
Supporting individuals, teams, and businesses in their own journies of leadership. I consider it a privilege to do this in support of others.
Listening is key to truly supporting others and I build trust with those I coach through asking the right questions. Only by listening and talking with wisdom can any of us move forward with clarity on the next steps of our own journies.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After a life that began with many different jobs, I realised I needed to wake up and take control of my own destiny. After decades of leadership experience in many sectors from healthcare to financial services as line manager to Board Director, I was inspired by the realisation that coaching others on their journey allowed me to share my talent and gain the sense of achievement in seeing and helping others to be the best they can be.
Why should our clients choose you?
My focus is all about you and helping you achieve the challenges and goals you have. It begins by really understanding who you are and what you really want out of life. Then, to apply my own knowledge, experiences and resources to enable you to be the best you can be.
Having coached many individuals over the last two decades to not only deal with their current challenges in-role but also to achieving the success they wanted weather promotion or even starting a new career. The key is trust. For me it's making sure you feel totally confident I have your interests at heart and, with my own experience and connections to many others that I have coached over my career I can offer you, not just direct coaching, but a level of support that builds on your hopes and dreams to enable you to achieve your goals.
