Tehy Home care is the epitome of Good care, they have been looking after my son, and the care provided is nothing short of phenomenal, They ensure a regular carer, who is always on time and the level of professionalism demonstrated by Management who are always on hand especially the Care manager, as such when my mother in law needed care as they did not wish to go into a home, the decision to refer Tehy Home Care and the team was very easy, and my mother in law couldn't be happier as she has maintained her independence and always rings me to tell me of her escapades with her 'girls' as she puts it. would highly recommend their services. Tehy has been looking after my mother in law and the level of Professionalism and Attention to detail, demonstrated by the Management and the Staff from the onset is Simply Remarkable, my husband and i live quite far away, but feel we have made the right choice as My Mother in law has been able to regain her Independence, and she is always going on about how she cannot wait for her 'Girls' to come round so they can be off to Shopping. Would Highly Reccomend

I have recently employed the services of TEHY care on behalf of my elderly mother and sister who live together and both of whom have very reduced mobility Everyday tasks have become increasingly difficult and it was obvious that they were no longer able to live alone without assistance I was immediately struck by the respectfulness and interest that they showed, talking to them both individually to assess their needs Having agreed a care package, the team has visited daily since and has proven an absolute god send I have even added a couple of tasks into the original care package and nothing is too much trouble for them Had I known the transition was going to be this easy, I would have instigated it far sooner I feel confident that their needs are being put first and that they are comfortable and happy I work full time and know that I can rely on the TEHY team to provide an excellent level of care I have no hesitation at all in recommending them as a professional caring ethical agency

This company has been built on the rare Principle that care services should involve exactly that- outstanding care delivered with real compassion. as soon as i opened the door to the Tehy care representative, i knew i was on to something good. she had a fantastic personality, polite, listened well and was very professional, we worked on my care plan together as i felt i was not yet ready to go into a care home and enjoyed my independence at home, they did just that promoted my independence, be it that i needed a carer whilst on holiday they always provide without fail, and the carers feel more like family. what a well run company. with management always on hand 24/7.
