Caterers etc recently catered for our wedding. Our wedding was an afternoon tea for 70 & then a hog roast for 120ish. They also ran our bar for us. Choosing a wedding caterer is always such a big decision! From the beginning Stephen worked with us to ensure our day was unique to us, and offered us the best selection for our budget and preferences. He guided us through timings, and tips to ensure our day went smoothly. Our tasting was also great and put our minds at ease.The day before our wedding the team arrived promptly to ensure everything was what we needed, and to prevent any last minute problems, this was really helpful and calmed this bride-to-be's nerves! We did have a small issue with tablecloths but it was rectified almost immediately despite the issue being out of business hours.The team worked tirelessly and our day was all we could have asked for! Stephen and his team were outstanding from beginning to end. The communication before the event was great and Stephen tailored a unique menu from all of our requests. The food was incredibly good value for money and surpassed all of our expectations with lots of unexpected and thoughtful touches. Stephen was very helpful prior to our event in Stratford in Avon, a significant birthday party in a rented large party house. He provided a wide choice of food in a 3 course dinner menu for 18 - coping with all the fussy eaters... His waitress Samantha was excellent, coping with a table of noisy and slightly tipsy diners, serving the meal and keeping glasses charged. He even cut the birthday cake. We hired Stephen for an event we were hosting at Heel Farm Barn in Stalisfield. Stephen arranged an amazing 3 course dinner for 16 of us at the property. He was friendly and professional and we hardly knew he was there for the hours of prep he did in the kitchen and he left the kitchen spotless afterwards. The food was fantastic and he catered for a vegan in our party without any fuss at all, as well as letting us add extra guests to the order quite last minute without any hassle. Absolutely perfect caterers. I could not recommend Stephen and his team enough. They catered our wedding back October 2016 and our day wouldn't have been as perfect without them. Guests were delighted and still talk about the food! From canapes and serving bubbly on arrival to the fantastic Street food themed setup. Fish and chips bbq and paella. Stephen took the effort to drive over 3 hours to visit us months prior to view the barn and church to give his ideas and really did help inspire. As well as bringing yummy canapes to try!!! You also get to choose which ice cream flavours, which canapes (from a huge selection) and what the different layers of cake will be.Stephen and his team were so polite, and completely understood the different complexities required for a wedding. We used Caterers Etc for a party for approx 80 people the weekend before Christmas, at our house in Hampshire. Stephen and his partner turned up about 4 hours before we were due to eat. We had opted for pork and lamb, with a few vegetarian options too. They set up a cooking and serving area and started cooking the meat from scratch. They also cooked vegetables and created salads. Food was served at exactly the time specified and was delicious! The food was served on ceramic plates with metal knives and forks. We booked Caterers Etc for my mum's 65th birthday party lunch. Booking was easy and Stephen replied to emails promptly. On the day Stephen and his partner arrived on time and set up quickly and professionally. We were amazed at how quickly the Hog was cooked from scratch (not just warmed up after precooking) and that all of the side dishes, pasta, roast potatoes sweet corn, were also freshly cooked in what was essentially a camp kitchen.The hogroast was outstanding, as well as all of the side dishes.The portions were good and we even had some left overs for the evening. Stephen also provided all of the plates and cutlery so at the end of the party there was no washing up! Crockery was not paper but pottery and cultery was not plastic. All in all, excellent service at an excellent price.Everyone really enjoyed the food and many of our guests took away Stephen's card for their future parties.
