AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS if you value not being ripped off and conned by Lee Owen-Stanford.
His standard practise is to tell you that you need a load of very expensive equipment that you really don't need, and then quickly send you an invoice telling you there is about to be a price increase in the next couple of weeks so you must pay quickly so he can secure you the lower price.
It's all a load of bull shit, he is just a conman that makes money out of selling you expensive hardware, and then once you've paid him he will avoid your calls and emails and leave you for several months trying to nail him down. His excuses range from he's working in a area that doesn't obtain signal for weeks on end, or he's been in intensive care, or the classic is he's waiting for a special part that may take several months to arrive.
When he does eventually turn up on the back of his horse he will start work on your house only to leave it half way through with a load more excuse, and if best he might come back several months later to attempt to finish it.
He will slag off all other contractors work proclaiming them to be incompetent tradesmen, when in fact the only incompetent tradesman is himself.
Having lost my patience with this idiot I requested a Control 4 Level 3 technical engineer attend my house to inspect his work. They were appalled at the amount of unnecessary equipment he had sold me amounting to thousands of pounds. They also found numerous faults with his work and explained that unfortunately there are numerous companies proclaiming to be Control 4 engineers that actually have no idea what they are doing such a Lee Owen-Stanford.
They also advised he had not placed an order for any hardware with them for 18 months yet he takes your money immediately to sit in his bank account and most probably use for his own purposes.
Do not allow this lying con artist into your home, use a reputable company that has experienced engineers and proper support backup.
The final nail in the coffin came when his company diagnosed my Control Core 5 processor as beyond economical repair over email without even coming to the house to go through a troubleshooting process. Guess what, he wanted nearly £3,500 to order a new one before the price increase, and then disappeared for months with no contact.
If I could give minus stars i would as this man shouldn't be allowed to trade, and don't be surprised if you see him on Rouge Traders.
