First off I have tried so many programs and supplements to lose weight....I’ve never been taught about the stuff no one ever wants to teach you and that is the why behind what your being told to do. Chris is one of the smartest individuals I’ve ever worked with. I’m 6 weeks in and have lost 20lbs. I’ve tried so many programs before and never had something that was so easy to follow as well actually worked! Deff recommend.

I have been going to Eng1ine Fitness for over 60 days now, I have to say I am shocked at the results I am experiencing, the trainers are on top of the game and Chis is very active in training and always aware of his surroundings, I couldn't be happier anywhere else. I have been Training with Chris for 8 months now I have put on 17 pounds of muscle and have achieved many results. My strength has more than doubled he has really helped me in giving me the tools to grow such as Diet and training regimens. If motivation, flexibility and a personal approach is what your looking for in a PT then Chris is the man for you. The professionalism and passion for what they do here is second to none we all leave each session feeling exhilarated if you fail then he fails and he’s not gonna fail. Food Is Our Medicine!

The food we eat plays a vital role in how we look and feel. Regular exercise is important but according to conclusive research, nutrition has the largest impact on our health.Using food as our medicine has become a popular theme for health improvement and for good reason!


Nutrient-dense foods, or "superfoods," include lean proteins, healthy carbohydrates, and fats essential to our health. Superfoods are a rich source of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants.

Antioxidants are shown to reduce inflammation in our body helping us fight disease and illness. Inflammation is said to be the leading cause of many diseases. Powerful antioxidants in leafy greens and vegetables, for example, help detoxify the body by removing harmful chemicals.

Some superfoods contain compounds that increase our metabolism for more efficient fat burning. Like for example..Red peppers contain a molecule called capsaicin shown to enhance the rate we burn body fat.
