Cannot fault Enfields of Southampton. We have used them for a number of years and their Tenant find service has been exceptional. Georgia and Jack have not only found tenants but kept us 'in the loop' at every stage. They have always gone 'above and beyond' - a rare quality of customer service in today's market. I am struggling to find the words to fully express my gratitude to Shaun and the team at Enfields for what they have done for me. Unfortunately I employed probably the worst solicitor in Southampton so Shaun and my buyers solicitor did most of the legal work for me and I never heard from the agent I was buying from during the whole process so Shaun sorted that out as well. I can honestly say that the move would never had happened if it were not for Shaun’s knowledge, experience and sheer hard work and I would not hesitate in recommending Enfields to anyone who wants to sell their property. Enfields were really helpful throughout the purchase of my first home. Communication was great, they always updated me with info from the seller and were really prompt in replying to my emails. Sam dealt with the beginning of the process and Shaun the rest of it until we completed. Both were really easy to talk to, helpful, polite and professional. Shaun was great at dealing with communication between the seller and myself, even through the problems and difficulties that came up with the solicitors. Highly recommend Enfields! 5 ☆☆☆☆☆ We've used allot of different letting agents over the years and being totally honest most have turned out to be an absolute nightmare to deal with. This time we've chosen Enfields and I'm very impressed. Enfields are probably the best letting agent we've ever used. Highly professional and I would definitely recommend them to anybody looking to rent a property. We dealt with Paul for the viewing and he was awesome. We dealt with Georgia for arranging the viewing and agreeing the property and I honestly must say She isn't your typical run of the mill letting agent - Were relocating from Leeds to Southampton and usually moving home is stressful at the best of times but relocating to a different area of the country should be allot more stressful than this actually is.. thanks to Georgia She's making the process quite simple. We recently sold our property through Enfields and were very happy with the service provided. We were fully updated and informed throughout which made the process a lot less stressful. There is a very good sense of team spirit in the Southampton branch and each member of staff was able to help and if not always made sure you got a call back.
