I always look forward to my visits to Energy Gym when I'm in town. Â This gym offers so much beyond just weights and tread mills. Â It offers LesMills! Â My favorite class is LM Body Pump. This barbell class targets every muscle group with multiple reps all to a track of music...take advantage of these group classes whenever possible, but get there early because it's super popular!! I especially love taking this Saturday am class with Dawn and Susan...they clearly love teaching body-pump together !! Â If you can't make a live class, this gym has many virtual classes throughout the day/night. The owners-Tony and Gina are constantly evolving and making positive changes for their clientele. I have been a steady member for over 5 years. I take several classes routinely and use equipment off and on to add variety. Yoga by Rhonda and Pump are my favorite classes but love to try some of the new classes always being introduced. Gina and Tony, the owners are helpful and accessible. I should have given it a 5 but I am over weight and lazy. The folks there are all very nice. It is good for all levels of fitness. I am on the low end. Some weights on mwf and walking the other days. I like walking with ear phones on to listen to news or whatever. My wife and I go together, which is nice. The 24/7 thing is good also. Say hi to Michael, Enock, Dorsey and Jess.
