I love working with Paola! She takes time to understand my body and helps me improve my form. I'm motivated to work out again!

This is the most fun way to work out! I've been taking zumba with Paola and Jannely for years, and not only does it help me lose weight, but it's a super fun way to start my morning. They are both awesome instructors with a lot of energy and positivity, and they come up with new routines regularly. It doesn't even feel like exercise- way better than running on a treadmill!They also have TRX and circuit conditioning classes on the schedule, which I've been taking to tone up my arms and abs. I've taken other HIIT classes elsewhere but feel the most comfortable here, with supportive and encouraging instructors! More...
