I called Lewis as the estate agent I was using to sell my house quoted £85 for this to be done. I'd had an EPC a few years ago and was sure this was too expensive . .. and I was right!Lewis got back to me straight away and gave me an upfront cost which was almost half the price quoted to me by the estate agent! I explained the urgency and he fitted me in for the very next day. Lewis is very professional, friendly, thorough and efficient. Great service. Turned up on time. Completed the epc whilst he was there as promised, so I could have a copy of the certificate when I paid. On my last property I paid on the day and the assessor took 4 days to email me the epc holding up the estate agents. Cheap too at £45 More...
