I offer workouts tailored and designed for each individual, from body building to increased cardio fitness or even a gentle ease into a fitness regime for those that do not currently do any exercise.
Or perhaps you might have a specific goal in mind that I can help you to achieve.
Workouts can be delivered in your local park or at your home. Or even at my gym in Wrotham, if the location is easy to get to.
I also offer online training programmes and advice should you prefer.
I am not a nutritionist but I can give nutrition and weight loss advice, with specific advice for for peri-menopausal/menopausal women.
