I have been on the search for a new gym in my area that can cover all my needs . That being said when we came to encompass the staff was extremely welcoming and gave a a thorough tour of thier establishment. Tgis gym has everything from free weights to cardio machines they have an area for you to strech or yoga also have TRX which ive never tried before but after seeing how they work i cant wait to try it out.. Also the big key factor they actually have a daycare area if you have little ones that is open to members and they allow you 90 mins of freedom to fo your workout worry free while your child plays. Great Gym, and awesome atmosphere here. The gym offers flexible memberships such as pay as you go ( electronic fund transaction aka eft from a checking account or credit card ) or you can pay for the entire year up front. There are plenty of staff to help navigate through the sea of terms to help you decide which is right for your budget and wallet. I this gym because of all the Zumba classes with varying degree of intensity.. It was my favorite gym for 4 years in a row until I discovered Wayside Fitness off of Broadmeadow Road in Marlborough, MA. Wayside offers poolside Zumba, tennis, yoga, boxing + a whole lot more.. Honestly between the two fitness clubs I woulda love to have combined the two to make a Super Gym with 24/7 amenities...Hence the 5 rating...The other thing to be mindful of is parking..At peak times it can be a tight squeeze getting in & out because the parking lot is shared between many businesses located in the plaza...Be sure to ✔ your for dents, scratches and swirl marks. I recently re-joined this gym since it changed ownership and did some remodeling. It is truly a special place focused on a positive fitness/wellness experience.  From the greeting at the front desk to the immaculate locker room/shower area, the customer and their best interests are taken into account.  They have a full compliment of equipment plus classes included in the membership fee. I have tried a couple of the classes and enjoyed them.  There a number of trainers there and I was lucky to hook up with one who specializes in Women's nutrition and fitness...even for menopause.  Worth giving them a try. They are nice. I'm working with a trainer and he is helpful and honest. The front desk is always friendly and the place is decently clean. Obviously it's not a high end spa. It's a gym. For weights and a bit of cardio. I'm happy there and will renew when my time is done in about 2 Months. More...

Great staff, always smiling and friendly. Unfortunately the floor area for abs/stretching is in a main walkway, but good equipment variety. Personal trainers always watching and correcting people who weren't working with them. I left because of the awkward trainers and the amount of weed smell in there after 5pm made it hard to get a good workout. Good place, needs an update soon though. More...

You know what? It's good. Good community of people that attend, membership fee that isn't ridiculous, locker room facilities that might be a smidge outdated but are also spacious and clean. There's even an extra little area outside each shower for you to change so if you don't like baring it all around your friends and some strangers, good! There's a spot for you! Parking is great! There's a lot of it.There's a decent strength training area including that long runway of fake grass you can push a sled down. They have a good assortment of classes and a separate spin room. The staff is varied in age and always friendly. There may have been one day in the past 5 years that I haven't found a piece of cardio equipment during peak hours. I know strength training areas and machines fill up but there was only one time where I had to wait a ridiculous amount and I let the staff know.Truth be told, this gym is a in a good location and it's fairly affordable with no frills. It'd be nice if Encompass engaged with Marlborough a little bit more because the sense of community there IS so strong. More...

My husband and I have been coming to Encompass for the last 6 years and we absolutely love it! The staff is always friendly from the moment you walk in to the time you leave. We have taken many of the variety of classes that Encompass has to offer and have not been disappointed with any of them. All of their classes provide high energy workouts and are available many times throughout the week, making it easy to get into any class. We also love the wide range of equipment that Encompass has to offer. We have looked at other gyms and nothing has come close to the quality level of Encompass.
