We had a company meeting and we needed food that was Kosher. Not only was John's food great, he went above and beyond. Everyone loved the food and he delivered it in a timely manner. We will definitely use them again.

Best kosher food I've ever tasted. John was great with his suggestions and very professional service. The food was beyond my expectations. Meats were very tender and juicy. We used Emuna Catering for the mourning period immediately following a funeral. Their food, presentation and services exceeded our expectations. Our requirements for the reception at our house included dietary needs for Glatt Kosher food. Emuna was the closest caterer to us that could meet this need. We had never used them before and we had to make the arrangements in a short period of time, namely 2 days. To facilitate our needs, John sent us a spread-sheet menu via e-mail and helped us navigate it by phone. We ordered a deli platter, vegetable platters, seasonal fruit plates, and assorted cookies. The order was delivered on time when we returned home from the funeral.We received many compliments about the appetizing appearance, quality and quantity of food. We were staying in Long Beach, CA for the weekend for a family wedding. Shabbat at the hotel was a big challenge. Thankfully someone put me in touch with John of Emuna, and Emuna did all of the work for us. Not only did John prepare two great meals for us, but he also contacted the hotel and - after they had told me they would not do this - he convinced them to heat our dinner for us (carefully double-wrapped) in their oven, so we didn't have to eat cold food. The food was great! Everything worked out really well. We needed 300 boxed lunches for some high-end guests at an event. Coming from Idaho, and not being able to sample the food in advance, I was a little nervous, BUT it worked out great. John delivered the food exactly when we needed it. Had all the boxes clearly labeled. He even made some 100% vegan options, even coming up with a custom vegan dessert for those guests. I love working with Emuna for catering for a busy Jewish day school. I usually work with John and he's extremely quick to respond to inquiries and a request for proposal. I can recommend the wraps (turkey wrap is very good), various salads, chicken with the mushroom sauce, baked chicken, sliders and fries, and our vegetarians love their stuffed peppers. The food is very high quality and we love the Harvest salad especially! All of the food has a lot of flavor, I am trying to get their chef to give us their recipe for the baked chicken flavoring, but I'll have to wait for the secret to come out, haha! More...

I contacted Emuna the Wednesday before my son's fourth birthday party after I found out that the restaurant we usually use for kids parties was out of business. John helped me put together a menu for the children and adults on short notice. He sent me an invoice and let me ajdust my order to fit my budget. So the customer service was very good. Now for the great part! The food was amazing! For the price l paid we got an ample amount of food and the quality far exceeded my expectations. He recommended a variety of wraps, including vegetarian options, all of which were delicious. We had pasta and chicken nuggets for the kids that they loved. The adults did too. They were whole pieces of breast meat! When I placed the order l thought it was a little pricey. When I received the food I realized I got a great deal. We just went on a cruise and ordered several frozen pre-packaged meals from Emuna. The food was excellent and the Emuna staff could not have been easier to communicate with during the process. The breakfast omelet was awesome and unfortunately didn't order enough pasta dishes as our kids devoured it!
