What do you love most about your job?
Being able to put a smile on a client's face or making someone's day more memorable by simply going that extra mile to help out our clients or there customers as and when needed. Its a demanding job at times dealing with emergency cover and general security in itself, as I never know what will be thrown at me on a daily basis, such a demanding job to do but I do love being the Operations Manager.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was in the clothing trade before i started doing security, but i saw that there was a gap in the market for the supply of quality staff, which is why our company has grown in such a short space of time, with sites across the whole of the UK area, covering Lincolnshire, Norfolk, East Midlands, to name a few areas we now have sites in.
