Welcome to EmpowerU and congratulations on taking the first step toward creating the life you want! What I love most about the job is the people. I love helping people achieve their goals and work toward living their best life. I love connecting with my clients and watching as they make important life transitions and personal transformations.

I was inspired to start Empower U as a way to give back and help build communities. I believe, whenever possible, people should pursue their passion and calling. Coaching, counseling, and helping are mine.

Services

Individual Coaching creates a powerful relationship that helps an individual engage in a deep and honest exploration of his/her goals and the actions required to accomplish them. The Coach supports, challenges and holds the client accountable to make consistent (and often dramatic) progress towards the realization of their most important aspirations.

Group coaching brings the coaching conversation into a small group context. In this intimate conversation space, focused on goal setting, deepening awareness around key issues, taking action, and accountability, individuals can develop important relationships, gain real-time insights about their social and communication patterns, and benefit from the support and perspective of their peers.

Many people love the idea of meeting with their coach no matter where in the world they are. Online coaching includes all the benefits of individual coaching, and allows busy clients to schedule appointments on the go.

There are a wide variety of benefits to mindfulness practice. Research has shown it can help us regulate our emotions, reduce stress, lower judgmental attitudes, improve memory and focus and even reshape our brain structures. Mindful Yoga is different than many traditional yoga practices in that there is less of a focus on the exact posture achieved and more focus on body/mind awareness.
