Very professional and knowledgable technicians . I would definately recommend Empower SECURITY. I was fortunate to have Sam reprogram my existing system and wow did he know his stuff and he also updated my indoor cameras to settings that ADT told me weren't available or compatible with the cameras I had . ADT TECHS obviously dont know thier own equipment. Also went above and beyond and set up my wifi extender so my doorbell camera would operate properly . I recently had a system installed.........what I realized after it was installed is my precious system.was 20 years obsolete and my 10 year old could by it. My representative was extremely informative and clear on what equipment and service we would receive. The hardware and software is excellent and extremely flexible for our needs as a family. We have had one false alarm alarm.only because of user error, however the follow up.and level.of competence displayed by the monitoring company was second to.none. We have had issues with things working/not working for over 2 months. We had one of their techs cancel on us 4 times as well, however once we were put in touch with a gentleman named Reza who is their head technician he really resolved our issues. He was prompted, worked late into the night and even provided a personal number to reach him if we had further problems. If it wasn't for Reza, we were seriously contemplating changing companies.
