I provide mental health counseling (or therapy) to help people overcome anxiety, depression, phobias, relationship problems, insomnia, impulsive behavior, substance abuse, PTSD, and other stress-related problems.
My fee is $120 for the first session and $100 each session thereafter.

What do you love most about your job?
I love being able to help people find ways to get un-stuck in their lives and find empowerment and solutions to problems that have left them feeling powerless for too long. I love the variety of people I get to work with and to learn about their strengths and unique skills, talents, and perspectives. Watching someone learn how to take those strengths and use them to find healing and relief is so amazing to me, and an honor to witness.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted to be able to expand my reach to make my services more broadly available to serve my community and the individuals and families in it.
Why should our clients choose you?
I am passionate about what I do and I believe that EVERYONE has the capacity and ability to heal and live deeply fulfilling and satisfying lives. Nobody needs to suffer alone. There is a way through your most difficult and dark nights!
Mental Health Counseling
Therapy using approaches such a person centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, DBT, cognitive processing therapy, solution focused therapy, as well as narrative and feminist approaches as appropriate.
