I live in a block of twelve flats, situated above shops. The roof was badly in need of repair and (although I’m not the freeholder), it ended up falling to me to organise the repairs. I found Empire Roofing because I went looking for firms with good reviews. I had a long chat with Chris, the company director, who helped me find the best (and cheapest) way to proceed. The whole Empire team were incredibly helpful and friendly. They were Patient when I had issues to deal with at my end. Most importantly, they were very professional in every aspect of the work and did a superb job! Honestly one the best companies I have used. From Chris coming to carry out the survey and quote, the lady I spoke to on the phone in the main office, to the guys who came to carry out the work on the day, everyone was polite, knowledgeable, straightforward and a pleasure to talk to. I had a new flat roof installed by another installer who did a very poor job of it! We had leaks after the job was completed. I contacted Chris at Empire UPVC and Roofing Specialists Ltd who did a Roof Report and pointed out what needs to be done to put the roof right. They redone the perimeters of the roof and I could tell from the difference in appearance this was a job done really well. No leaks since. I contacted Chris at Empire whilst we had existing scaffolding up for some other exterior work. He was really responsive to our request to have our roof inspected and fixed and came the day after I called to do the inspection and quote for the work. Empire replaced my Guttering soffits and Fascias this week. Chris came round and provided me with a quote which I was happy to accept. I booked the work a few weeks prior. On the scheduled day 2 young men Matt and Ethan turned up, they were punctual, and pleased to say professional, hard working and very friendly. I also asked if they wouldn't mind fitting 2 corner trims which were missing from my extension done previously by another company, as well as fixing a ridge tile which had come loose they said this was no trouble at all.
