Great company as usual. Used them a couple years ago for a jumper and big tent. This time, used them for chairs. They were prompt, had good pricing and the delivery drivers were super friendly.

Used Empire Party Rental for my halloween birthday bash and Vanessa and her team were great!  Was reccomended to us by my mother in law and so gald we went with them.  We had a friday delivery and sunday pick up of all the supllies.  She even reffered me to soneone else for another item i needed that she did not carry instead of telling me she didnt have one.  Their customer service is great and i would reccomend them to anyone hosting an event! This place is so amazing!! They came through last minute for me! Only a weeks notice and they are reasonably priced! I always went with another party rental company but not anymore I will always use Empire Party Rental. Last but not least the people that delivered the bounce house couldn't of been nicer! They were so fast at setting it up, supplies the tarp and they secured it with not only stakes but with weights!! I've never had a bounce house place have weights. We would definitely be using this company for future parties/celebrations. Great party package of a bounce house, 3 tables and 24 chairs. ... the great part was the low price of the package. I made request for reservation, she took down my info and then sends email with invoice for rental. They delievered day they stated they would and called prior to delivery to confirm it was ok. inquired on a Friday for a rental for chairs & tables for the next day (Saturday) and received a response within minutes! Even though everything was last minute on my part, they were still VERY FRIENDLY & provided us with GREAT SERVICE ! They emailed me within minutes with a confirmation of our order as well! Great service and great package price deal. Delivery guys were friendly and quick. They set up very quickly. Only recommendation is that tables were very dusty and we had to clean them. Such amazing people! Vanessa was very respectful when speaking with her on the phone and Eddy was respectful and was very timely dropping off and picking up. used them for 2 occasions, one for my sons first birthday and another for thanksgiving. We had a jumper for my sons first birthday and was very last minute, they were able to accommodate us with about 6 tables and 50 chairs plus a jumper. After calling around they were reasonable priced and responsive.  I rented 4 tables and 18 chairs, not only did they delivery them on a thursday 2 days before the party which was very convenient for me to set up early! Great company! After calling around they were the most reasonable and responsive. I needed a 10 x 20 tent and tables and chairs. They were right on for recommending the round tables and the appropriate number to fit under the tent comfortably. They even provided the table linens and without me seeing them ahead of time they were the perfect shade of blue. I called a week after making my reservation to request an additional table linen for a table I already had and they only charged $7 more to add it. Perfect and I had everything I needed for a great package price. The delivery crew was timely and professional. I rented tables and chairs from them last week & they were good a price too. They dropped them off the day before and didn't pick them up till the day after my party, which is pretty cool of them. The only issue I had was trying to get ahold of them to place a order. That's why I only gave them 4 starts instead of five. I tried calling three times but finally got ahold of them through email. Also I had to call two days in advance to double check what time they were dropping off the stuff cause I was never given a day or time Of drop off, i was only told that they would call me. It was my first time renting tables and chairs and my party was less than a week away so I was a bit nervous but so glad I decided to go with Empire, thanks to Yelp. Anytime I need quality jumpers, I go here. They have a variety of stuff to choose from, from water slides to regular jumpers. The prices are amazing and everyone I know uses them!
