Gary & his partner Paula Warren have been taking deposits & then don’t turn up to do the work. He & Paula have been doing this since December 2020
.
He owes me £125 & now refuses to answer calls, emails or messages.
They have scammed so many people out of money that if you go on Trustpilot you will see just how many people are unhappy with him & Paula Warren.
Also be aware that he keeps changing the name of his company so as to not be caught but also so they can carry on scamming people out of money. Also you will see on various sites where you can leave feedback that the only positive feedback in the last 4 months is from......Paula Warren!!
Spread the word people.....he’s just out to get your money without actually doing the job

I first asked Gary lo come and give my Capri 280 some TLC. He spent a good 5+ hours meticulously detailing all aspects of my beloved 280. Out of interest, I spent the whole day with him as he talked me through each aspect of what he was doing. His knowledge and eye for detail was eye opening for me. In reply to Mr Gilmore's review he got it wrong and did post on facebook and my blog to apologise, but Mr CliffyWillis we have never booked this man in. We think it is a bad review from another company. Has he as posted 3 others and they all say different things. He said that when he picked his car up we was aggressive, 1 we do not take customers cars away, 2 he says my staff was aggressive, well it is only me that works for Empire so I would like to see all these staff. I have replied to his comment to let him know this, and I asked him to show me a receipt from my company, but he as not replied. This man needs to work on his own company. As you can see if you look Empire up on the internet I have got a great client base who are very happy with my services and ever increasing new clients. What do you love most about your job?
The satisfaction of making a dirty / unmaintained vehicle look new again, detailing and protecting new cars to better then showroom condition. I have always loved everything about cars, from fixing them to detailing them since I can remember. I was brought up with my dad and 4 older brother that all had some sort of sports cars. My dad taught me everything about engines, from a lawnmower to artic lorries. Then when I was about 8 I started to love making them not only sound good, to making them look the best I could.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I started vehicle Valeting and detailing professionally over 30 years ago. I started off as a young boy cleaning my Dads & brothers sports cars, then started working with the big valeting companies that serve dealerships. I didn't like the way we were rushed to valet a car, I take pride in my work and every detail counts. So I started Empire just over 12 years ago to give a reliable, honest service at reasonable prices.
Why should our clients choose you?
You should choose me because I have over 30 years experience, I love everything about all types of motor vehicles but especially valeting, detailing and the car care side of vehicles and I still love the look of a customers face when they see the after results. They never believe that I work so hard on all my services, and they thought their car wouldn't look as good as it does after my service. I am fully insured to work on all vehicles and I carry public liability insurance and I am insured for the car / cars I am working on. I believe that you should choose me because my work ethics are reliability, honesty and I will always work on your car so it looks the best it can within the service you have booked.

Exterior
Spray wheels with a non acidic wheel cleaner & brightner then agitate & rinse off.
Spray a citrus degreaser on bottom third of bodywork & wheel arches to remove all loose grit, grime & fly splatters.
Snow foam the whole vehicle including under seals and wheel arces. With soft detailing brushes I release dirt from around dodges, Windows, lights and grills etc and rinse. Now the vehicle is ready for a safe 4 bucket hand wash.
Only when Exterior bodywork is fully clear of loose grit & grime we wash with a ph balanced shampoo using super soft wash mitts & the two bucket system with grit guards.
Dry bodywork & shuts with super plush drying towels.
Tyres & wheel arches dressed.
Interior
Interior & exterior mirrors & windows cleaned & polished.
Mats removed, brushed & hoovered.
Carpets & seats brushed & hoovered.
Dashboard & vinyl dusted & wiped.
Centre console & buttons dusted & wiped.
Ashtrays cleaned.
At the end of the valet bodywork sprayed & buffed to a glossy shine with a detailing wax.

Ceramic / Glass Coatings
This service is for the person that loves their car, and loves the look and feel. In this service the car would be checked to see how much work needs doing, then it will get my full pampering. It will get a multi stage safe wash, decontamination, paint measured, paint corrected, cleaned again and every inch of the car is wiped down, this is to remove every little bit of oils, polish and dust so I have a clean base for the coating you choose to fully bond too.
