This is a cheesy answer but my dad! He worked in corporate positions for many years and when he got the right opportunity he risked everything to go self employed and start his own business. He put everything he had in to that business and is now reaping rewards and enjoying retirement. He was never off the clock, worked hard and earnt every penny. His drive was not money - it was for the customer. It was exceeding expectations and putting smiles on faces . I learnt this from him at 16 when i worked in a local shop and it's still with me 20 years later. He taught me most of what i know about business and is still my go to person for advice. He taught me what a work ethic is and that hard work pays off. If i can be half the businessman and father he is I've succeeded.

I have been working in digital marketing for nearly 15 years and as a search marketing specialist I have seen all kinds of changes happening. As an avid google-geek (trademark) i know all about pandas, penguins, algorithm changes, the rise of mobile search and how voice search is taking over the world! And more importantly - I know how to deal with these things. Years ago everyone wanted to rank number 1 for their search term. Now we ask about the value we provide to customers to satisfy their needs...if we can do this....we will rank number 1.
