This was one of our best cleanings ever! Elvira was wonderful and really cleaned each and every inch of our home. She was friendly with our young daughter and very punctual too. Two days before our scheduled cleaning, the receptionist had to call to reschedule our cleaning due to scheduling conflicts but I’m so glad it happened this way! I had been sick all week and was completely unable to clean my house for the holidays. I was referred to Emily’s Maids by another cleaning service that was unable to come. They were very easy to work with and had availability last minute. The maid, who arrived on time, was very pleasant and had a desire to please attitude. From setting up the appointment and time (earlier than usual), to emailing a confirmation of appointment and receipt for charges, Emily’s Maids was a pleasure to work with. The cleaning was great & maybe even more surprising the scheduling was really easy. I needed to have a full clean done before we had photos taken for selling the home and they managed to get in the very next week at a convenient time for me and then kept me informed about everything including letting me know that some items didn't need to be done and deducting it from my total.
