I do not believe in the "no pain, no gain" philosophy. I believe in listening to your body, tuning in to what it's telling you and teaching you how to reconnect and fully integrate all muscles in such a way that you probably haven't felt before. In doing this, the strength, mobility and weight loss all comes along for the ride.
