Emily’s general approach is warm and friendly; her MFR technique is very present and precise, really targeting the spots holding the tension in my body. She has great and always expanding knowledge of Functional Patterns which she is eager to share and help you understand. The process of correcting your biomechanics is very thorough and is worked out progressively. Q&A

After an initial meeting/phone call for 30 minutes to determine your needs and to understand your fitness levels, I will schedule a consultation session that lasts 60 minutes. During this time I will take you through a series of biomechanical tests that I will document by camera to better understand and visualise where the compensations are within your body that are leading to loss of mobility, loss of performance and the presence of pain. From there I will have greater understanding of what corrective exercises to employ to correct your biomechanics to reduce/eliminate pain, improve strength and performance, lose excess weight and improve confidence.
