The first year working with her was fabulous. We felt comfortable and at ease using her services. The 2nd year.....not so great. Too many issues with the secure portal, she refused to contact us via phone to resolve minor issues or ask the simplest of questions. The kicker was when she wanted to charge an extra fee to make one phone call to my financial planner to assist us in reducing our tax liability. For what we paid her to do our taxes, one phone call to my planner should not have been an issue. Never again. SO much for using a black owned business. You need to humble yourself. More...
