Honestly, I can appreciate that taking that first step towards better health and fitness can be daunting.

I was once a total couch potato. Feeling incredibly unhealthy and unhappy, I finally took desperate action and became a client at this studio. Because of the life changing experience I had here, I knew I wanted to help others with their fitness challenges. So 2 years later, I bought the studio and now I'm the new owner of Emerge Fitness!

What made my experience so amazing? The personalized attention from the trainers. They were so supportive, kind and understanding. They helped me believe in myself, that I could really do this! Having that kind of encouragement is often what we're needing to get us started in making those big healthy changes. With our small class sizes, our trainers can really focus their attention on each client and help them work at their own pace.

You're always made to feel welcome, comfortable and supported here at Emerge. That's what makes us different from the "big box" gyms.
