Called them as they were recommended by a neighbour....turned up on time, clearly explained the plan to get rid of the rats in the kitchen. Put some poison down and located the entry holes. After 2 weeks we don't have a rat problem anymore. Very happy with price and service. More...

I heard scrabbling in the walls and gave Emerald a call. They were attentive, accommodating and efficient, offering to come the same evening - after regular working hours. They were clear on their price from the beginning, and offered a number of return trips at no extra cost - we had 4 in the end which was exceptional for the price we paid. The chap they sent, Perry, was fantastically knowledgeable, friendly and inclusive. He explained everything he was doing at every step of the way, but was also happy to get on with it while I attended to other jobs.
