Emerald Hills Physio & Sport Clinic is a great place and Muthu is an excellent physiotherapist. I had a knee problem and Muthu was very knowledgeable, professional and kind in treating me and providing exercises to better my knee. I was never delayed for any of my appointments and rescheduling an appointment on the phone was also seamless. Emerald Hills Physio is awesome! Mani is extremely knowledge in his field and has brought me quick relief for two different issues using ultrasound, TENs, and acupuncture. He sends me home with strengthening exercises and stretches which are very effective. I've seen several other physiotherapists in the past and Mani is the only one I've been impressed with. This clinic has exceeded my expectations!! I’ve had pelvic pain and back problems postpartum and they have improved so much after working with Navdeep! She’s very knowledgeable, professional, and kind! I always feel like she goes above and beyond to ensure I’m on the road to recovery. I also appreciate that I never feel like I’m being rushed out the door and I’ve never had to wait to be taken in! I recommend this place with closed eyes. I came in with an sprained ankle injury from soccer and Muthiah took excellent care of me and gave me all the right excercises and physical therapy necessary to get it back to 100%. The Physio Therapist Muthuu did an excellent job. Five weeks ago I came to this clinic with a very hard pain in my right shoulder that didn’t allow me no even to put my jacke by myself. I have been going for physio since September/2018 at Emerald hills and Navdeep has helped me tremendously. Different techniques have been used to help with the tightness in my shoulder/neck and my tendonitis in my arm/elbow. Mani is an excellent physiotherapist. I have been seeing him for approximately 2 years as my job causes me pain in my shoulders and neck. I had major surgery on my left shoulder in December which required me to have my arm in sling for 6 weeks. Then I started physio with Mani and have made unbelievable progress thanks to his knowledge, training and teaching expertise which helped me exercises at home properly. In addition to physio, Mani used Acupuncture, IMS(Dry Needling) and Ultra Sound. I can now use my arm, albeit carefully, and am back to independence with minimal pain. I actually wondered if I would ever be able to lift my arm up again but in just 5 sessions I am more than half way there. Still work to be done but well on the road to a great recovery. I have been seeing Manikandan for various ailments over the past three years. Firstly, he is focused on identifying the location of the pain and treating the discomfort first. Then, we work on the physiotherapy treatments to eliminate the cause. Second, he uses the multiple options at the clinics disposal including acupuncture, needling, shock wave therapy etc. to find a method of treatment that is both effective and tolerable from a pain perspective. Finally, he develops a relationship with his clients. He gets to know them and identifies other issues that they may have which may be related to the current discomfort. During the current course of treatment we have identified issues surrounding my sleep patterns so he has been focusing on acupuncture etc to assist with that now that the initial discomfort is gone. I went to emerald hills physio due to issues with my back, neck and shoulders after a car accident. I worked with Mani for my physiotherapy and he suggested that I try IMS treatment for my injury, which I did with excellent results.
