I was never into the idea of newborn photos until I saw Cathie's work. I love that she does lifestyle photos, nothing posed with props.

I took a beginner photography class with Cathie and it was great! I bought my husband a decent digital camera when our son was born and he takes pretty good pictures but I have always been really intimidated by all the different settings, etc. When I saw these sessions offered on the south shore and with small class sizes I inquired right away! It was a really great way to get to know your camera, ask questions and learn the "lingo" if you're a novice like me! I saw my pictures improve over the course of the 3hr session and I'm excited to practice! Cathie is very encouraging and I would feel comfortable asking her questions going forward. She also gave us a great beginners guide which I know I will be referring back to. I would recommend this session to anyone and I am looking forward to taking another class soon! More...

I contacted Cathie very last minute for a family photo shoot during our trip to the Cape. She was quick to respond and find a time that worked for us. She provided some super helpful tips on what to expect and was fabulous during our shoot. The hardest part was picking our favorite images, there were so many fantastic ones to choose from.
