What do you love most about your job?
It’s a true privilege to work as a team with my clients who are ready to heal and be able to guide them every step of the way.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I saw an interest from clients that feel uncomfortable and stuffed in an office setting that would rather feel more free outdoors. I also saw a demand from clients who would rather speak to a therapist in their own environment.

Individual Therapy
With this service you as the client reflects problems occurring in your life. I as your therapist hold space for you and give gentle suggestions along the way. I also will provide you with tools to use to replace coping skills that aren’t working for you.
