We took advantage of ElyIT's free IT audit - we saw our servers were not being maintained, backed up or looked after. ElyIT explained the reasons why we had slow, unreliable systems and advised us what to do to achieve what we wanted from our systems. We now have a fast, reliable system; secure remote working, users on laptops and iPads, working from home etc. Everything is fast, secure, efficient. Having made enquiries with several IT consultancies we decided to use ElyIT and I am glad we did, they have given us an excellent service using their extensive knowledge base to set up a new server, transition email accounts for 20+ seats, upgrade our anti-virus protection and set up remote access to our accounts package.
Our existing network system was 'quirky' to say the least so I was worried we would end up with a lot of costly downtime, but all the issues were dealt with quickly and efficiently creating a near seamless transition from old to new with little or no disruption to daily tasks.
All of the hardware was specified and quoted at cost by ElyIT following in depth discussion to determine our exact requirements, subsequently we have ended up with a tailored network that didn't break the bank with unnecessary 'whistles and bells' and does exactly what we need.
The new system is now completely stable, a lot faster and has increased our productivity considerably, good job well done.
I would highly recommend ElyIT to everyone, from a home user needing help with personal computing, to businesses large, small or growing wanting to upgrade and improve their IT systems.
