Not only the photo turned out to be great. So is the view. Elvis is very professional, and patient to direct you for posing.  We have made plans on where to go, even though we did not hit all the spots, but no regrets there. We were actually very surprised with some of the locations we went that were recommended by Elvis, and got some very awesome photos. Elvis go above and beyond to try to help with the request by the bride. Even though it was very late that first day, he still got out of the car because he knew that I wanted to give one last try of the spot that I put on the list, but we had to pass due to the schedule for the lighting during the day. We traveled for two days, and everyone's exhausted, so Elvis even asked to help with driving so my husband can take a little break.All in all, very satisfied, the post work were fast even during a busy season for weddings. Yu is a truly professional photographer, who are good at many different style of photos. He helped my wife and me to shoot for our wedding photos in LA area. There really are not enough good things to say about Elvis. He is absolutely amazing to work with and his photography is unbeatable.

We had our first shoot with Elvis back in May when our baby girl was about 6 months old. We wanted to celebrate the monumental moment of being parents for half year with a family photo shoot and we were beyond thrilled with the outcome.

Three month later in August, we had a banquet in Shanghai for our ten years anniversary and our baby girl's ten months birthday. Elvis made certain that everything we wanted photographed became a reality.

We had another family shoot with Elvis at our daughter's one year old birthday. It was very cold in Ann Arbor on that day so we wanted to go inside for a long break as the baby was getting chilly. Elvis was very understanding and patient about that, and he even played with her for a while.

The best thing we love about Elvis that he is really good at capturing the casual yet best moments. He made everyone feel very relaxed and comfortable, all we had to do is be ourselves and sometimes we even forgot about the camera.

I've heard of Elvis literally years before I did a photo shoot with him. Back in the day, he was quite famous for taking amazing portraits for girls at his college in Shanghai. And I'm so glad he moved to LA!!! Not only is he a great photographer, but also he went out of his way to drive me to the location (Mt Wilson) for the shoot. He's also the most "affordable" photographer you can find in town with this level of experience & expertise. Do keep in mind that because he has a full time job, scheduling could be a bit tricky. He's so busy and gets booked up super fast on weekends. I would do a shoot with Elvis again in a heartbeat. Hands down one of the best photographers in town. More...

The most memorable photo shooting experience I've ever had! I first came across Elvis's photos on Facebook and had been thinking about doing one with him ever since. Elvis is very kind, funny, and most importantly, very professional. I was a little nervous at first and didn't know how to pose naturally, but Elvis was extremely patient and he made me laugh so many times. He picked me up from my apartment, asked for my opinions on picture styles and location preferences. He was definitely well prepared - he had all his equipments ready and switched lenses multiple times to fit the lighting. Amazing experience! My boyfriend and I had our graduation shoot with Elvis and it turned out to be the most natural, relaxing shooting experience that I have ever had. He is absolutely professional, patient, kind, and also funny. The entire process turned out to be really fun, which I didn't expect at all. We used a "prop", a whiteboard, and every time we went to a venue, I wrote something on the board, which was so time consuming. But he was very patient, and more importantly, managed to choose a great angle such that both the board and the background were taken into consideration. They really liked our ideas and photoshopped an extra one for us, for free! Who would have a problem with that? Just amazing! I highly recommend him! My friends and I had our graduation photoshoot with Elvis yesterday, and it was a lovely couple of hours! Elvis is extremely patient and talented, and knows how to work with various lightings and backgrounds. My friends and I are not the most natural models, but he was able to capture flattering photos regardless.We ended up being able to shoot at all of the spots we had planned, and got some great pictures at a couple more locations he suggested. We really appreciated how Elvis was 100% open to working with our suggestions to realize what we were envisioning. We were able to view the unedited photos soon after - no waiting in anticipation.
